Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman is an American gymnast who was a member and the captain for the 2012 Fierce 5 and the 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. In 2012 her year, she received gold medals in team competitions along with the floor exercises. In the balance beam, Raisman received a bronze. She was the first American to be awarded the most Olympic medals. At the 2016 Olympics she won a gold medal for the team competition, earning her and her teammate Gabby Douglas the honor of having being among the first Americans to have two consecutive teams gold medals. She also won silver medals in the individual all-around as well as the floor exercise. Between the two Olympics she had taken a break from competitive gymnastics over three seasons. Furthermore, she was an athlete on two gold medal winning American gymnastics team. At the age of 2 She began learning gymnastics. The sport she loves the most is floor exercises. Aly is a member of in the Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in memory of her grandma. She is planning to pursue a career in fashion and is looking to increase her line of signature leotards and socks later on. She's currently writing a novel named Fierce that will be released later this year.
